Step 5 Preparing the Development Application

Preparing a development application is more than filling in the application form, attaching floor plans and paying a fee to Council

A development application will require several consultant reports and documents including:

1. A Statement of Environmental Effects,

2. Architectural plans,

3. Shadow Diagrams,

4. A survey plan,

5. A stormwater management plan,

6. Engineering plans,

7. A landscape plan,

8. A Basix report,

9. A site analysis plan,

10. A site management plan,

11. A Finishes schedule,

12. A geotechnical report,

13. A development application form,

14. Any other plans or reports your council may require.
