There are literally thousands of floor plans and façade designs out their. So which one is right for you and your property?  Sydney Dualocc can work though the details to prepare a design that meets your needs.

Sydney Dualocc can prepare a custom designed duplex or select from the predesigned range of dual occupancies. 

You will need to select your floor plan and façade design that Council will eventually approved and so a cost can be determined and compared to your feasibility to ensure you can afford the design you want.  Even predesigned floor plans and facades can be amended to meet your budget.  There is no use selecting a design that you cannot afford or that Council will not approve.

Finishes and Colours also need to be selected.  In particular the finishes as the cost of finishes can vary and so do their cost.  It is this point that in experienced developers let their finishes selection run away with their cheque book.
